A Leadership Thought

Just a thought that I've learned from the projects I've led.

It is okay to make mistake.
But it is not okay to make the same mistake twice.

It is okay to fall.
But it is not okay to fall at the same spot twice.

And it is SUPER NOT OKAY to fall at the same spot where you saw someone before you fell.
